So roll on Monday I hear you all saying.......school holidays will officially be over.I hope you are all organised and have labelled everything.........I used to love that time of year getting all the kids school stuff ready there was always lots of excitment in the house with new school bags and pencils etc. Best wishes to any of you with littlies that are just starting kindy for the first time, it is a big change for parent and child.

Raffle Winner and New Challenge

On Friday night last week we drew the winner of the raffle for the Pink Cuttlebug - and the winner was (drum roll...........) JANELLE MCNAMARA - well done Janelle. Janelle was even there when we drew it so she was so excited. Here is Janelle with her new toy!

Time for a new weekly challenge...

Lets see if you can master this one - you must complete a layout in 30 minutes!  Here is a sample for you.

If you want to make it easy on yourself we highly recommend the Basic Grey range - the papers with matching stickers, chipboard rubons and letters make it so super easy to get a page done in under 30 minutes.  In the sample above, Basic Grey's Sugar Rush papers and stickers were used make it quick to finish this page.  Remember every page does not need to be a master piece - its the memories and photos that we want to preserve.

I have used the cover of a local directory for my inspiration.  Look for ideas on logos, magazine ads, posters, book, CD and DVD covers.  What about even a game cover?  Show us what you can do...
